Force it out with a knife, or use the paper clip method. Pry open with knife slighly, then pull foward with hand, or if it's the CDrom that's stuck, fix it's position, and then the drive should be ok.
well, maybe the trays drive motor conked out, or the Coggs may have worn down making the tray inoperable, but id pry the door open and disregard the drive.
