Help and Support Centre

This program Help and Support Center always loads up at the startup when I log off and then login or reboot. I checked the setting's in the program and my startup directory.. No Luck!!! If anyone knows what I'm talking about and know how to fix it.. PLEASE help me.. That would be great!!!

Look in msconfig and see what's calling it.
