H.P. scanner driver needed please

Hi, I have a Hewlett Packard scanjet 3200C scanner,
I can not install it to my desktop unit, when I searched
on Hewlett Packard site they said I needed to take a
40MB driver download, is this true or should I just
buy a newer one?

You didnt say which OS you are using. (I am assuming XP)

download on my s-l-o-w dial up .

Just make sure you are downloading the xp diver. Use a download manager. If you get cut off you can restart from the cut off point.
