this is really annoying and it comes a lot now and i tried to go to microsoft but no help there. this happens when i connect to the camera to capture through firewire.

well i went to ulead.com and it said to update to directx9.0a but not for any spefic reason. i had 9. so i did, and im going to restart later and see

I know that some digital cameras have a certain protocol that XP can use without the need for any camera specific software. I've seen some Camedia cameras that have the protocol, but I can't remember what it's called (check your camera xfer method). All you would really need is a program that can capture from a twain device (I think) and import it in.

acutally

its actually happening in different programs for different reasons at different times! i think it from the programming suite since it asks me to debug. but i removed that so isnt there a way to remove that debug function too?
