I'm sorry, I know that this is the "Themes and Skins Area" but I was not able to attach a small picture which I need to have you people diagnose in the Graphics area, so I came here.
See the screenshot that I have attached. It's plain old Notepad. But the menu is all crazy. I'm only using the default Win XP theme (with the Silver scheme in "Appearances"). But my menus are all white!
Any suggestions? I had this problem a week or so ago and went back 2 days using system restore. Then for a long time there was nothing, and then again this!
