What are some good media players that I can check out, that also supports a lot of codecs? Shareware, freeware, doesn't matter to me; as long as the program is good, then I'll judge if it's worth the price or not :)

Windows Media Player. Quite simple, don't you think?

  3. wmp sucks big time. get your self a winamp 2.81 from www.winamp.com for all your music needs. and get a nicemc media plug v1.82 from www.nicemcmedia.com to watch movies. also get a divx 5.0 codec from www.divx.com to watch divx movies. better get pro version.

I'll check out the NiceMC Player - the rest I've got.

  7. nice mc has very cool, size feture 50%-200% and manual settings. also has a good speed feature 5%-200% i think. that's fun to watch/hear slow moving movies :)
