Ftp access

    If I want to access ftp server in my office, (my office have proxy server and doesn't allow ftp access.) any other method I can access the ftp server?

    yes.. talk to your IT/firewall/security folk and tell them your business reason and need to allow this.

    Seriously.. it's not really in your best interest for us to teach you how to hack around/through a firewall that expose your company network to security risks.

    Now, if you are the firewall admin, then maybe we can help you in opening up/configuring the firewall correctly.

    proxies usually need special syntax to proxy ftp requests, try searching the proxy options in the ftp client and seeing what options work, you may need to check the network admin on specifics.
