I was in the same boat and now I am addicted to playing. I won my first tournament and haven't won since.

Open up a command prompt (may have to open as admin) then type slmgr -rearm. This will reset the time limit and give you another 30 days. You can legally do this three times.

If you just type slmgr in command prompt you will get a list of all valid entries.

This isn't working for me at all. I've tried it on four different occasions to extend the trial period but it keep coming up with same expiry date.
What am I doing wrong?

ok, this is weird. it only worked for me when i run both commands on cmd to skip rearm.

Has anyone been able to use -rearm outside of the 120-day period?
I can't seem to get it to reset even though it says to restart for it to take effect.

I got it to.
Its illegal, but it did work.
Right now Vista don't work for me though
I uninstalled it, and now it wont let me install it. says i have to install drivers for my dvd rw drive first...
I'll figure it out.
Just dont have the time now.
Got a new battery for my laptop.
Nice 12 cell, so much better so im using that.

Vista Test Drive allows you to try out Vista without installing which may not be what you are after but at least they can check out the new features.
