Francis Crick Dead :(

    Being a Science graduate, in Chemistry I did study A-level Biology and yes got an A, using him as a role model. He was one of my favourite Men in Science !

    He has died :(

    Francis Crick, who helped discover the double helix shape of DNA along with James Watson, has died aged 88.

    Professor Crick died at Thornton Hospital in San Diego, US, where he had been battling colon cancer.

    He's up there with some of the most important people who changed the face of modern science.
    Cancer is truly a horrible thing. Rest in peace, Dr. Crick.
