    Hi!,

My prob is that when I want to view the content of any folder using or not "windows explorer", when I double-click on a folder, a "search window" open instead of a "explore window".

So, went I right-click a folder, "search" action is on the top of the menu.

Please I need help to restore that !!!

This probably happened cuz u changes some icons somewhere. To fix it open up the Windows Registry (Start>Run>regedit)

Navigate to the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Classes\Directory\Shell\Find and delete that find folder thingy key............always back up ur reg though cuz it might be the wrong key.

Thats what everyone else seems to be doing when they have this problem and if you look on neowin there are loads of threads saying things that are pretty much identicle.

If the problem isnt solved this way it will be something else and the only thing i an think of is a system restore just befor when you started noticing it.
