My floppy drive is currently copying everything I put into the drive.
If I boot my machone up and insert a floppy, windows can read it fine and manipulate files on it as normal. However, if I then insert a floppy after that the contents of the orginal floppy are then copied onto the second floppy. As you can imagine, this is VERY annoying.
I have run virus scans and they have come up clean. I have replaced the drive itself and the cable. And nothing really new has been put on the computer.
The other interesting thing is if I remove the orginal floppy and then open the a:\ in my computer I can still read and manipulate the files even tho there isn't a floppy in the drive.
Any ideas/suggestions?
