First Timer, Need help

I have a 3Com Home Ethernet Gateway (model #3C510). The problem I am having is allowing mIRC to connect. I have read help files, and the gateway manual still no help. Everything else connects, with no problems.

You need to find out what ports mirc is trying to use..and make sure they are either forwarded or unblocked.
