extracting service pack?

    i lost the little cd that i put service pack 1 on. but i have a windows xp cd that has service pack 1 slipstreamed into the installation, and i want to just install service pack 1 for someone isnt there a way to extract only service pack so i can installl it alone?

    nevermind i just found the cd, but anyways is it possible? i mean i would like to know how.

    No, it is not possible to extract the service pack again from a slipstreamed cd.
    You could however perform a repair installation using the slipstream cd and install the sp this way.
