why does a program not shut down using Task Manager? Right now FrontPage isn't responding. I hit "End Task" give me the warning I hit "ok" and it's not ok. The Frontpage window is still there it's still showing up in Task Manager under Applications and Process. I have to reboot.

The devil (Microsoft) works in mysterious ways. Pertaining to MS products, it may be refusing due to a resource conflict. Example would be when one browser encounters a fatal error and isn't responding, it will shut down other instances as well even though only one of them is affected.

    MS *pfff*

I figured it out. For some reason Zone Alarm and MS don't play nicely. I shut down ZA and I was able to shut down FP. ZA also affects my mouse when I play on line game with ZA running.
