DVD help

Recently formatted my friends system and when you put a dvd in,i get a error message saying possible audio problem,not enought video memory.
the g/card is ati 64mb all in wonder
plenty of memory
fast processor.I am using the ati software to view the dvd,should i
use windvd or what,or do i need the latest driver,or new g/card
All help appreciated.thanks

ATI have just released a new version of there DVD player software, think its v7.1 or 7.2. Checkout ATI's download pages.
