If I click on my computer and right click either of my two hard drives the computer reboots.
They are both Maxtor 80gb SATA drives.
Right clicking on any of the other drives, ( USB 2 external hard drive, ZIP drive, USB2 floppy/card reader), causes no problems.
I also tried going in through my computer/manage/disk management and as soon as I right clicked either of the two drives and trird to select properties it rebooted.
I sent an error report to Microsoft and the reply came back that it was a device driver that was causing the problem but could not elaborate on that.
I am running XP home and tried a system restore to no avail.
Can anyone point me in the right direction.
