Deletion Errors?

  1. Sometimes I try to delete a file and it tells me it is being used by another person or program and it want let me delete it. Why is this? then a little while later it will let me delete it?

  3. Yeah kinda, I guess it means one of the .dll files is being used, rite? i mean i dont have a file sharing server?

    Files within your local system are being used constantly by Windows and other applications that are dependent on your OS. An example is your XP system files.

    I gotta change my LN2 supply to my CPU before it gets critical and I get a core melt-down (China syndrome effect)...:rolleyes:
