Yea, solving it. Technically it makes no sense, cause I don't see how a keyboard does what it did. So hmm.

There are computers that are set to halt on keyboard error , but this should not have affected the loading of the bios you should have got an error on screen about keyboard..

I thought that afterwards.
I believe the way my motherboard is hitting the PS2 input, it was conducting electricity or something to that affect. But I made sure it was not doing that and the same thing happened. And even that, I should get some message.
But not using the PS2 and using a USB one works. So if down the road it happens again, those obviously it's the motherboard acting up.
