I am seriously getting flustered because I believe Direct Connect should work over the internet. I've been called stupid on IRC and some idiot read a support page to me word for word telling me Direct Connect works, when I know I've tried it numerous times and it does not work -

DOES ANYONE RECOLLECT ANY WAY TO PLAY GENERALS VIA TCP/IP.

I do not wish to play on EA's spammer central networks - I wish to play with my friends and my friends only. Now will someone please shine some light on this for GOD SAKES!

i'm not sure if this will work, but haveyou tried Kali ? i know it works with some game, i just haven't tried it with C&C generals
