Well I just formatted and on my first boot CHKDSK wanted to scan my second hard drive. I don't know why, it was fine before I formatted. Anyways I let it check it, but it still left a whole bunch of stuff on the drive.

I can't delete these because of some permissions, but how can I get rid of them?

Log in as an administrator and take ownership of the files. You should be able to adjust the permissions then to delete them.

    Could be security descriptors.

Executables, some have DLLs.... I can't get into them because I don't have permission. And it won't let me change hte permissions. Is there anyway to get SP1 to run a cleanup.... ?

Try in safe mode then log in as admin.

Why not just reformat that drive again if you just did it?
