An internet site decided to change my home page to it. Now I cant change it back! I have tried:-

    1. The basic internet settings set home page.
    2. Re-installing IE6

Where is the line hiding that is telling explorer to go there?

    Thanks for you time...

    R:rolleyes:

Your bedt bet would be to fire up regedit and do a search for the page's url and change any instances of it that are in the registry, that oughta do the trick :)

it regedit it should be at

    [HKEY_USERS\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main]
    key startpage

    mine also had
    S-1-5-21-1957994488-1177238915-839522115-1004\

between hkey-users and software, this may or maynot be the same as yours, cause i don't know what it is
