Change logoff/shutdown icons inXP start menu

I already know how to hack shell32.dll to change the logoff and shutdown icons for the classic start menu, but I don't know what to do for the logoff/shutdown icons in the xp start menu. What do I do. Is it in explorer? thx.

If you are still using XP themes, it is called Luna.msstyles located in C:\WINDOWS\Resources\Themes\Luna. Best way to change it or do a theme overhaul is using StyleBuilder.
