My brother is on charter and the internet is lagged to hell. He can't even load webpages. How can he test to see if the dns is an issue, in other words how can he change the dns servers?

    TIA,
    mooo

In the system preferences, under the internet connection settings. It is fairly straight forward.

Yeah, it's pretty intuitive. No more difficult than doing it in Windows.
