The easiest way would be to copy the link (from the email) and paste it into the address bar....Press go or enter....and away you go....You should be cruisin' the site.
Well, you didn't really provide much information (like web browser or e-mail client). But if you're using Microsoft products, you could try to repair or reinstall IE and Outlook. Check here for instructions regarding that.
If you are using different web browser and e-mail clients, try uninstalling and then re-installing them.
