you need to make a dos boot disk, and boot from it, make sure you have the flash utility on the disk and the update on the disk.
once you boot from the dos disk, type the name of the flash utility.
I suggest you look to see if the MB has either Jumpers or a CMOS setting that Protects the bios from being updated, if it does you'll need to make it so you can flash it. Also while in CMOS make sure you set the floppy to boot first.
