In my Bios, I have these settings:

    CPU internal Cache: Enabled
    External Cache: Enabled
CPU L2 Cache ECC Checking: Enabled
    Onboard FDD Controller: Enabled

What do these mean? Will XP run better (overall speed) with them disabled? What does FDD Controller exactly control?

    Thanks in advance, everyone.

Does disabling the first three speed up the 'puter? Or does leaving them enabled speed up the 'puter?
