well they have certainly got the trojans workin better than last I heard, which I think was from the Zone Alarm site a few years ago. It claimed to block trojans and shiz.
i use an up to date AV and Trojan scanner to eliminate the other possiblities
but fully realize that if someone wants my box and has a little skill they will get in ..i used to believe that noone would be interested in my box but i now know that quite a few are going after regular home users just to play around
i have heard a bit about norton internet security 2002 but i havent tried it but i have used Zonealarm 3 pro and im pretty happy with it, you should give it a try...
used both zone alarm pro and sygate and have to say sygate seems to be the better of the two for one reason. Zone alarm pro on many occasions would randomly quit and block all access to the internet until I uninstalled, then i would have to re-install. This happened randomly everytime and then after about the 4th or 5th time i decided to go with sygate and haven't had any problems since.
Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
