Agnitum (outpost) have a suite in beta - Outpost security suite 2008

both are public
ESS doesnt expire, great antivirus (nod32 v3.0 engine) firewall is very basic, but if you have common sense, and dont require application anti leak control, is a great light simple firewall.
Agnitums is a much better firewall and anti leak combination (for people who dont have any clue what they are installing/clicking on on the web) but the antivirus isnt so great. oh and theyre beta also expires after 30days.. so useless..
comodo v3.0 is also in beta, and again one of those firewalls for idiots who need a firewall to control what and how theyre applications do. and people who want a pop up on theyre screen for every action you do.
if you are behind a router, and a safe surfer who uses common sense on the internet, a firewall isnt so important (unless you want to control outbound application control) windows firewall & a router will stop dead most things inbound (unless your pc is infected or set as DMZ)
if you just use a standard USB modem, i wouldnt trust windows firewall alone.
if your a beginner or someone who is click happy/installing every free program availiable on the web, then something like comodo 3.0 beta & nod32 antivirus would be the best solution.
