automating xp installation with an answers.txt file.

Hi all.

newby here so bear with me, but i did a search and can't seem to find a match, so here's the Q.

can anyone tell me, give me a url or provide me with an article which explains the settings needed and the options available in the answers.txt file used to install xp in unattended mode?
