Arrage Icons By...

hi!
is it a bug or what?
when i do arrange icons by name they are not in alphabetical order
i can see the internal icons to be first in order but the programs i've installed are not
anyone?

Ive noticed that when I do that in folders it arranges them by name and by type for some reason.
For example: If I have 5 folders and 5 shortcuts it would arrange by name the 5 folders and after that arrange by name the 5 shortcuts even if there is one folder that starts with 'a' and one shortcut that starts with 'a'.
