Animated Gif

I'm using MS Outlook XP. I received gif images which are supposed to 'move' but they just in still like normal images. Please help.

go to your internet tools....click the advanced tab....scroll down to the multimedia section and put a check next to 'play animations in web pages'.....that should fix it.
