Hello,
Here is an interesting addition to the XP Tweak located at http://www.ntfs.org/articles.php?action=show&id=19#1
Now the Tweak of course consist of the same tweak posted for the "Allow more than 2 simultaneous downloads in IE 6" tweak but with a few additions that can improve system performance when running Windows XP Home & Professional from 20% to 60% depending on your system through our tests by allowing multi-bandwidth allowance within user profiles which has suprised us because it was an experimental idea that we used with the currently posted tweak but in addition keeping system bandwidth more stable.
