if your mp3 files are on the ntfs drive and you want to move them to a fat32 drive, there is no problem with that. they will work fine. the problem comes when you have 2 hard drives one formatted under ntfs and the other under fat32. if you have program software installed on each drive, (e.g. your OS is on the ntfs drive and you have photoshop installed on the fat32 drive), you wont have any problems playing mp3s that may be on your fat32 drive, but you will have problems trying to run photoshop from the fat32 drive. programs on a specific file system can only be run along the guidelines of that file system.
