I am considering purchasing a laptop for this school year, I was wondering if any of you know or know historically when Dell has come out with new laptops. I would really hate to buy a nice new one (9300 or XPS2) just to find out they came out with a new one a week later.

Ok, I have this piece of JavaScript that isn't working. Here is what is going on:
I have an ASP website. The main page (.asp) includes several html pages. this one html page that is included has a JavaScript ticker:

I have a MS Access database that I need to give someone else part of a DB table, but then after they edit it, and I will need to import their changes back into my table. Is that possible to do:
1. With excel?
2. With access?

Ok, it is now working. Much thanks to a friend.
Here is how it was fixed,
I searched under c:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download to find a backup copy, and then I found the original one in:
C:\Windows\System32
I then renamed the current one, and copied one of the backup ones...
It doesn't do anything when I put it in the Run box, so in normal mode, I am logged in as a Computer admin, and enter it in into the cmd box, and here is what it says:
"You must be and administrator running a console session in order to use the Windows System File Checker Utility"
Ok, it got more interesting.
I booted into safe mode and logged in as the Administrator, I then proceeded to load CMD and run sfc /scannow it came up with this error "Windows File Protection could not Initate a scan of protected system files"

It took over 30 minutes.
I can try to run it in safe mode.....
Also, it isn't letting me re-install Outlook 2003, it keeps coming up with a very simmliar error.
I downloaded the fix in the KB article, but that wouldn't install. I could not get the system file checker to run, I would enter it in, and click enter, then I would see a DOS window pop-up and then disappear really fast.
