I just rebuilt my system and decided to put in my ati tv card. There is a very annoying whining sound that i cannot figure out how to get rid of. Connected to my Hercules fortissmo III via the line in jack. Mic is muted and everything else that i can think of is too. Any suggestions...

:) Do you use any software to keep track of your collection? I have heard about Comicbase but it is really expensive... know where to get it cheap? Know of another piece that is just as good? what do comic stores use? Let me know i am interested....

I have both cards, the 9700 is in my main machine (3ghz, 512ram, 250GB) which i have in an upstairs bedroom with no tv, the AIW is in my basement where i have a tv (so 2 would be redundant) My question is should i put the AIW in my main machine which i play Doom 3, far cry, half life 2...
