totally off topic here but im choosing a HDD now and Im wondering... if my MOBO is SATA II instead of SATA 150...
which around 160gb-250gb HDD should i get.. some of the other comp specs are at the top.

so if i bought the chaintech soundcard It would carry the 5.1 or 7.1 surround sound to my receiver through optical sp/dif but using the mobo's sp/dif i cant get the surround sound?
