Is this true ? I'm not sure I understand what it means ?
If I don't have a random IP, but always the same one, what could prevent me from being seen by others (on a general basis) ?

goto www.grc.com do a security check they will tell you your I.P.

Usually hackers ping plenty of I.P. configurations if they hit yours it bounces back a metaphorical message NO ONE AT HOME NOW SKOOT.
