NE! having install problems with new release?
I uninstalled the pro version (trial) I installed the other day and the freebie version won't install.

I reinstalled Pro version o.k., so don't think there is a problem with windows installer, which I thought may have become corrupt.

NE1 else got the same problems?

Seems like way back when I went from the free one to the pro version I had the same problem and had to dump the old alert log...Enyo will soon see this and be able to tell ya I'm sure...otherwise try visiting the Zone Alarm user community...here lots of info there.

I had the free ZA installed and upgraded to this one right over top - keeping all my settings and had no problem at all! Sorry - I have no suggestions other than what Zooker said about having a at the ZA user community!

Thanks for your help guyz (and maybe gurlz), will be looking at all your links.

Just wanted to, get-to-know Zone Alarm as when my norton internet security and norton system works with antivirus by norton expires, I don't want to go through products that need activating no more.

So I thought why not use free for a change. So I am going to learn about zone alarm and to use it right and use AVG antivirus I tried once before, which was o.k.

Then I am going to linux, as I am sick of M$.
