Yikes! Help!

I noticed a slight degredation in performace by my PC and noticed something called ftp.exe keeps appearing and disappearing from the Task Manager.

Then, checking in the system32 folder i saw these *upload.exe files being created. New ones are appearing every 5 seconds or so!

Just tried deleting ftp.exe and it comes back 2 seconds later!

Do you have like Zone Alarm or any other Firewall running? If you are I would check to see if that FTP.exe is "allow" to access the internet.

No worries...seems as though i had a worm. Sasser or something. Cleaned and dealt with.
