they'll want some verification, personally I suspect you are stuffed.... 
You forgot your pets name? and it sends you an email? what one where you verify something and it emails you the password?
For future reference get Mozilla - it has an excellent password manager built in....
(you don't have anything like that which would have saved it anywhere I guess?)
