Yahoo! Not Displaying Properly?

I use Yahoo as one of my email providers and ever since they updated the site, I have been having trouble viewing it correctly.

Seen in the screenshot you can clearly see the oddities in the page, it looks like this in Firefox 0.9.2 and in Internet Explorer. I am unable to use any of the buttons on the page, links work but the buttons are all broken.

I have disabled my spam-blocking program, Ad Muncher, and it does not seem to be a factor. Anyone have this problem too or ideas on how to fix it?

I sometimes get that on sites when viewing with IE. I think if the site is a bit slow at responding IE must decide to display the page as if it is over a slow connection and so dump all the pretty graphics etc. A refresh usually sorts it though.

In my case the page stays like this, I've even tried clearing the caches to make sure its nothing thats been stored. I am on about a 900kbps (113kb/s) connection so it should not be overly slow in loading just webpages.
