Yahoo Messenger audio chat doesnt work

I just installed XP clean on my machine.
I have a SB Live card and I tried to do audio chat in Yahoo IM.
When I tried to do the audio setup, it is saying that I am missing the DSP Group TrueSpeech(TM) audio codec.
I have read on many sites that this is supposed to install with XP.
I am not sure why my computer does not appear to have it.

If anyone can help me install it, I would greatly appreciate it.
