Yahoo's search is far superior to MSN's. I'm sure if they were going to spend $80,000,000,000 on them (and if you ask me, I'll tell you that's quite a lot of money), they'd probably go with the better engine. I doubt it will change much other than management and advertisers.

Well seeing that yahoo! and Google are both originated from the same search code, in fact yahoo! bought the company out. This is only a given. I am wondering if yahoo! will sell though ..
