has anyone used the new 28.90 Det drivers with refreshers?

if not has anyone used the 28.90 det drivers without the refreshers...and how did you install them. i'm kinda stuck without a setup or install exe file

I just threw it straight over the top and it worked....figured it out did the restart and bob's ya aunty
