upgrade probs

Why after 15 months of win xp installed

I decide to format and do a clean install
BSOD,IRQ NOT LESS OR EQUAL

Done all the basics here guys?ram change ,video ,

EVEN put win98 on, then win me. No probs then.
Its an old asus a7a266. Its got the ddr option,which i was using b4 the upgrade. My last few words might be the
prob:

That was not the problem!
It again was a unsighned m/s driver!! That they keep
on m/s update site???

Do you keep getting the error message or was it only once?
