Xp Window Grouping

What a great forum! Have already found loads of useful stuff
I currently have a problem though. When working with my pc I tend to have alot of windows open @ once. When I get to about 7 they all group together to become one. I hate this feature of XP, can it be turned off?

right click on the tast bar and uncheck group similar programs. or something like that

right click your taskbar -> Preferences -> group similar task buttons
(translated, not sure bout the preferences, but you will find it)
