XP Tweak Balloon Tips

Hey people,

Went looking for the XP Tweak on Balloon Tips to download the reg tweak and it said url not found on this server? Does anyone know where it went? Don't know who to ask other than to post it here... Appreciate if someone can help me out on this tweaker..... thanks
