XP Temp Profile

I have a user that is on a domain. When he logs in it goes to a TEMP profile.

I removed him from the domain and re-added him and it was working for a day or so. Now it's happening again.

What is causing this issue?

I would re-create his user profile from scratch, only copying over files and not settings. Sounds like his user profile is corrupted

Anything appearing in the eventlogs that might help?
Sounds like the user is not always being logged off correctly.
