XP Temp Files gone Insane!

Finally Got right down tothe problem!

I was all in fact my Antivirus Program Bitdefender....doin a bit too much defending....it seems to scan every single damn file on the Comp that i wuse when i use it even when i just brouwse my shortcuts in the start menu......

So I think I will be in the market for a new Antivirus Program.
