XP Server & Forwarding DNS

Hiya,

I'm running "Whilster" (XP) Advanced Server and I'm trying to set it up so that its the Domain Controller, with DNS & DHCP.

I've got this far however, I'm trying to add Internet Connectivity (Dialup on deman to an ISP) on the network - its all setup as far a RRAS is concerned with one small exception.

I cannot find the forwarding tab under the DNS server properties.

I've checked manuals & various other documentation which all point me to add my ISP's DNS servers in the forward tab under my DNS properities. However this tab simply isn't there.

Is there something that is configured incorrectly or is it something that I just don't understand

GARH!

PLEASE HELP THIS UPSET SOUL!

Kindest Regards,

Crimson Phoenix

I have been under the impression that the DNS handling system hasn't changed much yet, so I am going on how I setup my Win2K DNS boxes. So, having said that, when you open up your DNS manager, right click on your intended server and select properties. Then, you *should* see a DNS Forwarders tab. I haven't received my beta yet for .Net server (I sent in my NDA a week or so ago) so I am not too sure if they are the same.

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
